Black men were more than six times as likely as white men to be incarcerated in federal and state prisons, and local jails in 2010, the last year complete data are available, according to a Pew Research Centre analysis. That is an increase from 1960, when black men were five times as likely as whites to be incarcerated.

Its the 1960s and a young Renell Garner the best up and coming basketball player in the country, to black Americans a hero to the racist and corrupt justice system a threat to society leaves a bar at the early hours of the morning. He sees a young drunk white female in an altercation with her boyfriend at this point the white male pushes her into a car when Renell attempts to cool the situation he is brutally assaulted and wakes in a hospital surrounded by police who begin to question what happened and accuse him attempting to rape the women when the white male intervened. The young talent is then convicted for attempted rape as fake witnesses claim they saw the act and the white male saved the seemingly helpless women.
